  1. What is SAP Ariba Live and who attends?

    SAP Ariba Live is the premier global conference for business commerce professionals. This includes executives and managers in procurement, sourcing, finance, treasury, accounts payable, supply chain operations, e-commerce, sales, marketing, and IT.

    Monday, April 23, through Wednesday, April 25, 2018.

Registration process and fees

  1. What is the registration process?

    Click here to register. During the registration process, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase or indicate interest in some ancillary SAP Ariba Live programs, like pre-conference training for buyers and the special luncheon, Diversity and Leadership. Once you register, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail which will also include a link for reserving your hotel room at one of our official hotels.

  2. How much does it cost to attend SAP Ariba Live?

    Registration fees are based on the date you register. Registering online before the conference will cost less than registering on-site. You can view the registration rates and their valid dates here.

  3. What does the registration fee include?

    Registration includes access to the general session, educational sessions, snacks and refreshments, lunch, and evening events.

Registration payments and confirmation

  1. What forms of payment are accepted for registration?

    Credit cards and wire transfers are accepted.

  2. How can I pay my registration fee with a credit card?

    You can submit payment via credit card during the online registration process or request an invoice so that you can pay via wire transfer.

  3. How can I obtain a receipt for my registration?

    You can log in to your registration dashboard by using the Access My Registration function to view and e-mail a copy of your registration receipt. Or, you can contact saparibalive@sapevents.com for a new copy by e-mail.

  4. How can I access my registration information?
  5. I lost my password or my confirmation number. How can I get this information?

    If you lose your password or confirmation number, click on Access My Registration and enter your e-mail address in the third field on the page, then click Reset Password. You will receive an e-mail containing your confirmation number and instructions on how to reset your password.

    You can also e-mail us at saparibalive@sapevents.com if you need help.

  6. What if I have not received my confirmation e-mail?

    You can log in to your registration dashboard by using the Access My Registration function to view and generate a copy of your confirmation e-mail. Or, you can contact saparibalive@sapevents.com to have a new confirmation e-mail sent to you.

Registration cancellation policy

  1. Is there a fee if I cancel?

    No refunds will be given for cancellations. Substitutions are permitted at any time free of charge.

Registration substitution policy

  1. If I cannot attend, can someone attend in my place?

    Yes, substitutions can be made at any time at no additional charge. To inform us of a substitution, you must write us at saparibalive@sapevents.com. Your message must include both your name and the name of the person taking your place.

    Changing or cancelling a conference registration will not alter or cancel a hotel reservation. Changes or cancellations to an existing hotel reservation can be made online by using the Access My Registration function and selecting Book/Modify My Hotel. An automatic response will be sent to the e-mail address on file. Please keep this e-mail for your records.

    For additional assistance, send a message to saphotels@delegate.com with "Attn: Housing for SAP Ariba Live" in the subject line. Any changes to an existing hotel reservation are subject to availability.

    Hotel Cancellation Policy

    By making a reservation with the Registration Office or the conference web site, you expressly agree that, in the event of a cancellation of a hotel reservation after the close of business on April 8, 2018 (17:00 CET), a date change, or a no-show on the reservation date, your credit card will be automatically debited by the hotel for the total number of nights cancelled.

    No-Show: If you are unable to utilize your room on the original date of arrival, but arrive on the following day, you are obliged to inform the Registration Office in writing (saphotels@delegate.com). If you fail to inform the Registration Office in writing that you wish to utilize your room for the second night of your reserved stay, the hotel will make every effort to accommodate you, but its actions do not constitute a guarantee. Please advise the Registration Office if you will arrive late (after 18:00 CET).

    Please note that after April 8, 2018 (17:00 CET), you will be unable to make any amendments, cancellations, or date changes via the web site. Please contact the Registration Office directly, using the contact details below. Date changes after April 8, 2018 (17:00 CET) may also incur charges.

    SAP Ariba Live will not be responsible for cancellation or no-show charges.

  2. How do I book my hotel reservation?

    Immediately after submitting your event registration online, you will be provided a link you can use to book your hotel room.

    Or, you can book your room later by using the Access My Registration function.

    To use the function, click on that link and log in with the confirmation number that was provided in your confirmation e-mail and the password you created during the registration process. Then, click on Book/Modify My Hotel in the bottom-right corner. This will bring you to the online reservation system for SAP Ariba Live conference housing.

    If you’ve booked your room and need to modify your reservation, follow the same process described above.

  3. Are hotel accommodations included in the registration fee?

    No, the registration fee only includes access to SAP Ariba Live.

  4. Are there discounted room rates for attendees?

    SAP Ariba Live has negotiated a special discounted hotel room rate at several hotels near to RAI Amsterdam and in the city. To book a room in the SAP Ariba Live hotel room block, you must be a registered attendee. After completing the online registration, attendees have the opportunity to book a room.

  5. Can I book a hotel reservation before registering for SAP Ariba Live?

    Not if you want to take advantage of the discounted room rates. You must be registered for SAP Ariba Live before you can request a room in an SAP Ariba Live hotel room block.

  6. What is the hotel reservation deadline?

    The SAP Ariba Live hotel room blocks fill quickly, so we strongly encourage you to reserve your hotel room early. The reservation deadline is 17:00 CET on April 6, 2018 or until the hotel room block has been filled.

  7. I need to change or cancel my hotel reservation. How do I do so?

    Conference registration and hotel reservations are managed independently. Changing or cancelling a conference registration does not alter or cancel a hotel reservation. Changes or cancellations to an existing hotel reservation can be made online using the Access My Registration function and selecting Book/Modify My Hotel

    Please note that changes to an existing hotel reservation are subject to availability.

Transportation

  1. What is the nearest airport to RAI Amsterdam?

    The nearest airport is Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. It is located 15 minutes from RAI Amsterdam whether you travel by car, train, taxi or bus.

    The Amsterdam Airport website provides information including: up-to-the minute flight information and connecting transport facilities to RAI Amsterdam.

  2. Will there be shuttle service between the airport and the RAI Amsterdam?

    SAP Ariba does not provide a shuttle service to and from the airport. Taxis are an option for transportation to and from the airport. Taxis cost approximately €35 each way.

  3. Will there be shuttle bus service between the hotels and the RAI Amsterdam?

    During the morning and evening hours of April 23 and 24, and the morning hours of April 25, complimentary shuttle bus service will be available between all official SAP Ariba Live hotels and the RAI Amsterdam. The service schedule will be communicated to registrants as we get closer to the event dates.

On-site logistics

  1. When and where can I register on-site?

    Registration is open Monday, April 23, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. It is also open on April 24 and April 25 during conference hours. You can see the daily schedule here. You’ll find the registration desk in the Onyx Lounge on the ground of the RAI Amsterdam.

    Registration hours are tentative and subject to change.

  2. When will I receive my SAP Ariba Live badge?

    Credentials for SAP Ariba Live are provided upon check-in at the registration desk. You will need to show your photo ID.

  3. Will wireless access be available at RAI Amsterdam?

    Yes, complimentary wireless is available to SAP Ariba Live attendees in the meeting space.

  4. Can I get into SAP Ariba Live without a badge?

    Only fully registered attendees wearing their conference badge will be able to participate in this event.

  5. What if I lose my badge?

    SAP has a strict no-reprint badge policy. Please take care not to lose your badge.

  6. What is the attire for SAP Ariba Live?

    Conference attire is business casual. Meeting room temperatures can be cool. We suggest that you wear or bring layers for comfort.

  7. Will SAP Ariba Live provide vegetarian or halal food?

    Yes, you’ll be asked about food preferences during online registration.

    Yes. You’ll find sponsor booths at the SAP Ariba Live Marketplace in Hall 3, Ground Floor Level of the RAI Amsterdam Convention Center.
