Meeting for First-Time Attendees
If you’ve never been to Ariba LIVE before, we’d like to extend a special welcome and make sure you know how to get the most out of your time here. At this meeting for first-time attendees, you’ll make new acquaintances among fellow first-timers. Meanwhile, veteran Ariba LIVE participants will familiarize you with the conference’s program, including all the breakout sessions, presentations, and networking opportunities, to help you plan your participation. To help us prepare, please indicate that you are a first-time attendee when you register.
Welcome Reception
Happening at one of the most exquisite pools on the Las Vegas Strip, this party is all about networking — meeting new people and re-connecting with old friends. And fun, artistic activities will help you do just that. You’ll be able to pretend you’re Monet, Van Gogh, Bob Ross, or even Jackson Pollock as you pencil, spray, or finger paint your very own masterpiece. All under a starry, starry night, while you indulge in libations fit for a Caesar.
Birds-of-a-Feather Discussions: Your Industry and Role
Back by popular demand, these informal-yet-informative roundtable conversations will take place during breakfast and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday. No RSVP is required. Simply pull up a seat, choosing your table based on your interest in discussing matters pertaining to your industry or role (topic will be posted in the center of the table). A knowledgeable facilitator with that area of expertise will be seated there.
Ariba LIVE Showcase Reception
Earlier in the day, during keynote presentations and breakout sessions, you gathered business commerce insights and best practices from industry leaders and peers. Now it's time to meet this year’s sponsors. When it comes to collaborative business commerce, these amazing companies walk the talk every day. This is your opportunity to tap their knowledge and expertise. They’re eager to meet you, and as you make your way through the reception and Collaborative Commerce Pavilion, be on the lookout for entertainment, games, and prizes.
Women in Leadership Luncheon
At this third-annual Women in Leadership Luncheon, you’ll be able to network with other conference attendees and hear from industry leaders as they share their insights, success strategies, and challenges in business. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you plan to attend, please indicate your intent when you register so that we can ensure that adequate seating is available for the luncheon.
Collaborative Commerce Pavilion
The Collaborative Commerce Pavilion is built and designed for networking. It's where meals, breaks, BOF discussions, receptions, and roundtables will take place. It's where you can talk with Ariba LIVE's sponsors and explore their products and services. And it's where you'll find the Ariba Exhibit Area, a spot for learning more about our collaborative commerce solutions and engaging with the Ariba Supplier and Services team.

After a full day of sharing and learning, it’s time to let loose at the ultimate after party.
