3. Change Management and Training for Ariba Solutions

   Learn how change management can asses and drive user adoption, thereby optimizing the ROI in your Ariba solution. We’ll cover the elements of a strategic plan for achieving your organization’s spend management imperatives, including identifying impacted stakeholders; key internal messages; user training and support; and incentives to minimize resistance to change and encourage adoption.
