How do I secure a room rate?
We are excited to announce that we have secured an Ariba group room block at the discount rate of $229 per night at the Venetian's newest luxury tower, The Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino. The Palazzo, which opened in January 2008, is a 50-story luxury tower connected to the Venetian Resort.

** Please note that the room cut-off date for the Ariba LIVE and User Conference has expired at the Palazzo and room rates are now subject to availability and hotel prevailing rates.

Alternate hotels within walking distance include Harrah's and Flamingo.

The Ariba LIVE 2008 Welcome Reception promises to be a wonderful time, full of networking, great food, cool libations, and the best music in town. You will be granted access through the amazing lobby and transported by elevator to the party—where your senses will come alive when you see the beautiful design and feel the energy in the room. Make a point to stop by this amazing reception. We promise a night you will never forget.

The Partner Showcase and Supplier Pavilion will feature our numerous Ariba partners and suppliers at this year's event. On Tuesday evening, we will host a fun-filled, networking event in the Exhibit Hall. As a conference attendee, you will be able to meet and mingle with the sponsors of Ariba LIVE 2008, as well as network with old friends and new acquaintances. We will have plenty of food and drinks and will feature a Venetian-inspired theme and Vegas-style entertainment. Make sure to bring a camera, as there will be many moments to capture along with some surprises!

What is the dress code for Ariba LIVE 2008?
Business casual is suggested. We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater to accommodate hotel air conditioning and evening activities.

May I go to any breakout session, or do I have to follow a track?
You may attend any of the breakout sessions.

At the welcome reception, visit the USi table to complete a simple survey and get your numbered USi Match™ button. You’ll also have an opportunity to visit USi during the conference in the Exhibit Area. Once you get your USi Match button, find someone with your matching number and you'll both be entered into the drawing. And, make sure to attend the Closing Luncheon on Wednesday where we'll draw for the lucky winner of the 2008 Yamaha WaveRunner® VX Deluxe! Remember, you must be present to win!
