The Partner Showcase and Supplier Pavilion will feature our numerous Ariba partners and suppliers at this year's event. On Tuesday evening, we will host a fun-filled, networking event in the Exhibit Hall. As a conference attendee, you will be able to meet and mingle with the sponsors of Ariba LIVE 2008, as well as network with old friends and new acquaintances. We will have plenty of food and drinks and will feature a Venetian-inspired theme and Vegas-style entertainment. Make sure to bring a camera, as there will be many moments to capture along with some surprises!

Know when to hold-em. Know when to fold-em. Here is your chance to show off those poker skills…… This exciting event will be hosted by Robert W. Thompson II, Tournament Director and Announcer of the Bravo Channel's Celebrity Poker Showdown!

Registration to play in the tournament will be on a "first-come - first-serve" basis. To pre-register, send an email to events@theshelbygroup.com. Formal registration will take place at The Shelby Group booth from 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13.

During lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, we'll host informal roundtable discussions where you will have the opportunity to meet new acquaintances while discussing best practices in your industry and how to overcome barriers with Ariba solutions.

Industry roundtables will cover financial services, retail and CPG, healthcare and pharma/chemical, manufacturing, energy/utilities, and high technology and will be held on Tuesday in an area of the Bellini Ballroom designated specifically for roundtables.

Wednesday, May 14 - Overcoming Barriers with Ariba Solutions
11:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. - Bellini Ballroom

Wednesday roundtables will cover Spend Visibility, Contract Management, Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay/Procurement, Travel and Expense, Ariba Supplier Network, Catalogs, Invoice and Payment, and Services Procurement.

No preregistration is required. Simply look for the table tents with the roundtable name that you are interested in and grab a seat. If the table is full, feel free to pull up a chair.
